Amtrak Workers Fight Back For Contract



Penn Federation members, along with BRS members, picketed the law office of Amtrak Board Chairman Anthony Coscia in New Brunswick, NJ on June 3rd.
Members were protesting the fact that we have been unable to negotiate a new agreement with Amtrak for more than three years.  Amtrak has continually stalled talks and engaged in bad faith bargaining. We have asked to be released from mediation so that the dispute can be resolved.
